For complex (€50k+, custom, new build): AI does the intake complete (all parameters), delivers you a template with data fields filled in, you do the final quote in 30-60 min instead of 2-4 hours. Does this work with my project management software (BuildXact, Houzz Pro, etc.)?

Vocito reads CSV/Excel exports from any contractor software. For the big players (BuildXact, Buildertrend) native sync is on the roadmap. Until then: daily sync = automatic after one-time setup.

How does the during-project update work exactly?

Per project you record: type of work, planning per phase, responsible crew. Once a week (or more frequently) you send from the jobsite via WhatsApp photos + short status. AI turns this into a clean update and emails customer. Saves the foreman 30-60 min per week per project.

What about change-order discussions afterwards?
